We are seeking a highly skilled litigation attorney to join our Offshore Energy and Marine Litigation practice in New Orleans. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of litigation experience, with prior experience in offshore maritime matters highly desired. We seek a candidate who possesses excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will be able to interact directly with our clients and further develop client and referral relationships. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a caseload from beginning to end. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Take the lead with client communication and provide meaningful updates. Handle a variety of civil litigation cases, including those related to maritime disputes, personal injury claims, property damage, and environmental issues.
