Job Description:
We are seeking a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join our Software and Electrical Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and prosecuting applications in the areas of 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards, memory devices, and/or semiconductors devices.

Prepare and prosecute patent applications for electrical engineering and software-related inventions
Provide technical advice to clients on patent matters
Contribute to the development of our Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group
