We are seeking energetic and creative litigators to join our Insurance Defense trial firm. Our attorneys handle 33 practice areas and have an open door policy. We offer annual base salary, quarterly bonus structure, year-end bonus potential, monthly bonus review for case handling efficiency, trial bonuses, revenue share for client development, flexibility of workspace and time, freedom of thought and exchange of ideas, and a $7,500-$10,000 signing bonus. Requirements include 5-20 years handling insurance defense matters, self-motivated organizational skills, technologically confident, comfortable using case management systems, and membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
