The ideal candidate will have expertise in hiring employees, drafting employment contracts, collective bargaining, contract grievances, discrimination, retaliation, and misconduct, layoffs, discipline, and dismissals. Responsibilities include providing counsel to hundreds of public school districts and other public agencies throughout California. Administrative hearing experience is a plus.
