Job Description:
The Data Protection Counsel leads the firm s overall data protection strategy and assists with commercial contracts. The Counsel continues to develop and maintain an overall data protection program, reviews and negotiates vendor contracts, and advises on data processing agreements. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive data protection strategy, advise on AI legal developments, support vendor diligence and management, monitor compliance with legal obligations, and drive adoption through training and internal communication. Core Competencies: Strategic judgment, negotiation skills, ability to communicate complex requirements, analytical and organizational skills.
