Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Job Description:

The Commercial Real Estate Attorney will provide solutions to clients' legal issues by producing exceptionally high-quality, detailed legal work. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of commercial real estate experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include researching, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, closing, and advising on complex matters.

The attorney will also take the lead on matters and client relationships, build business for the firm through growing current client relationships, attend and represent the firm at events, and develop other business development strategies. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented with excellent organization skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Key qualifications include excellent legal research, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as ability to work independently and make executive decisions. A portable book of business (> $100,000.00) is required.
