Job Description:
Handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation in and around Saint Louis, Missouri area. Draft and file litigation documents, guide plaintiff clients through the case process, interact with expert witnesses, and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Requirements: Law degree from a fully ABA accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (MO required, IL a plus). 2+ years of PI litigation experience (ideally motor vehicle / automobile liability / MVA). Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial. Excellent client service and communication skills. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
