Seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 2-4 years of patent prosecution experience in computational biology practice. Advise biotech, pharmaceutical, and digital health clients on intellectual property matters relating to data-driven innovations. Translate complex scientific concepts into strategic legal guidance for patent preparation, prosecution, and portfolio management.

Patent bar membership required. Prepare for, take, and pass the patent bar exam prior to joining or during first 12 months of employment. Applicants must possess excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Salary range: $235,000 - $310,000.
