General Liability/Professional Liability Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience in Federal, State, and/or local courts to join our General Liability/Professional Liability practice groups. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, preparing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, and developing analytical skills to evaluate complex legal issues.

Requirements include excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with senior attorneys and communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
