Key responsibilities include advising clients on business law matters, drafting contracts, providing strategic legal counsel, representing clients in transactions, and collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative solutions. Requirements include a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, admission to the North Dakota State Bar, experience or strong interest in business and corporate law, excellent writing, research, and analytical skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and ability to work independently.
