Daspit Law Firm is a powerhouse in personal injury law, representing clients across Texas and beyond. As an Associate Attorney, you will be part of a litigation team that fights for real people - and wins. You will work closely with senior attorneys to build strong cases and represent clients in court proceedings. Your responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, taking depositions, attending hearings, and trying cases.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Texas, with preference given to those also licensed in Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, Georgia, or Arizona. This is a fast-paced role perfect for attorneys who thrive in high-volume litigation environments and are eager to take ownership of their cases.
