Employment Attorney Partner

Job Description:

We are seeking employment litigation partners, with or without their own book of business. Attorneys will defend employer clients in single plaintiff employment litigation (in court and arbitration) and will investigate and respond to administrative charges. Some wage & hour experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities include:

• Defending clients in a broad range of employment-related claims
• Investigating claims and defenses, analyzing liability and damages, and developing case handling strategies
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting letters, memos, motions, and pleadings
• Preparing discovery request/responses and taking/defending depositions
• Representing clients at court conferences, hearings, mediations, and trial/arbitration
• Regularly communicating with partners, associates, paralegals, clients, and opposing counsel
• 1850 billable hours

We offer competitive salary range of $215,000+ depending on experience and book of business, plus generous benefits including annual bonuses, profit-sharing contributions, health insurance, paid time off, and continuing legal education support.
