Family Lawyer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Family Lawyer to join our growing law firm in Ogden, Utah. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong knowledge base of representing plaintiffs and defendants, and at least 1-2 years of experience in family law issues. Responsibilities include creating legal documents, handling divorce proceedings, communicating with senior partners and paralegals, ensuring client representation at court hearings, solving legal problems through strategic planning, and determining marital property. Qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree, undergraduate degree with a legal background, and strong analytical skills. The candidate should be adept at preparing necessary legal documents in connection with prenuptial agreements, initiating and finalizing divorces, alimony, child support/child custody, and real estate. Experience in handling legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence is also helpful.
