Workers Compensation Attorney

Job Description:
We seek an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to handle a heavy and complex case-load of cases and hearings in Jacksonville, Gainesville, Saint Augustine or Tallahassee. Responsibilities include day-to-day handling of cases, drafting and filing litigation documents, guiding clients through the case process, interacting with expert witnesses, attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Requirements include a law degree from a fully accredited law school, active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association, minimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience, ability to manage high volume of cases and hearings, excellent client service and communication skills, self-starter driven by long-term career goals, superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
