North Carolina Debt Resolution Liaison Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced debt resolution attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will provide legal assistance to the debt resolution network, including emailing and calling creditors and creditor law firms. They will also prepare and review settlement agreements, oversee negotiator and paralegal functions, and facilitate communications between opposing counsel, creditors, and firm attorneys. Key qualifications include experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections, exceptional communication skills, and strong time management skills. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in North Carolina are required. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have a proven ability to meet deadlines.
