Foster Garvey PC is seeking an experienced International Trade Attorney to navigate complexities of international trade regulations and customs compliance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in advising clients on customs and import control matters, including tariff classification, valuation, transfer pricing, audits, forced labor compliance, and customs enforcement of antidumping and countervailing duty orders. We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $325,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and annual bonus.
