We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Homeowners- First Party department for our North Carolina practice. Key Responsibilities: Claims Management, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Legal Research and Compliance, Contract Review and Policy Interpretation, Client Representation, Case Preparation, Collaboration, Risk Mitigation, Court Appearances, Regulatory Compliance.

Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, Active and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar, Minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling property and casualty insurance claims or related insurance litigation, Strong knowledge of Georgia insurance laws and regulations, Proven litigation and courtroom experience.
