Job Description:
Join Nelson Mullins Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Team as a Tax Associate. Our firm is seeking a lateral associate with meaningful experience in partnership tax and federal income tax credits. The ideal candidate holds an LLM in Taxation (preferred) and possesses excellent academic credentials, writing, analytical, and communications skills. Responsibilities include representing for-profit and nonprofit developers in the development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, operation and sale of affordable multifamily housing.
