Job Description:
We are seeking one or more experienced patent attorneys to assist our team in patent preparation/prosecution, drafting patent opinions, IP diligence, and strategic IP business counseling.
The desired candidates will have experience in all stages of patent preparation/prosecution, including drafting original applications, foreign filings, responding to official actions, and appeals. All technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Minimum of at least one year patent law experience required.
Relocation candidates are welcome to apply - must be eligible for waiver into Iowa or willing to sit for the next bar exam. Remote flexibility will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
