We seek an experienced immigration attorney to manage complex business and employment-based immigration matters in a fast-paced, AI-powered law firm. The ideal candidate will thrive in structured, high-accountability environments and deliver high-quality legal work with zero missed deadlines. Key responsibilities include serving as lead attorney on investment-based, talent-based, and employment-based immigration cases, providing legal strategies, and managing case pipelines using our proprietary AI platform and case management software. Requirements include a J.D. degree from an ABA credited U.S. law school, active license in good standing, minimum 5 years of immigration law experience, proficiency in USCIS, DOL, and DOS immigration procedures, exceptional writing skills, strong organizational and accountability skills, and familiarity with Jira or equivalent project/case management tools. We offer a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to credit-hour productivity, quality, and client satisfaction. Top performers can earn $240,000 + annually.
