Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Agent to join our team. As a Patent Agent, you will be responsible for drafting and submitting patent applications, reviewing and responding to communications from the USPTO and foreign patent offices, and providing direct client support throughout the patent process. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of patent agent experience, passed the Patent Bar Exam, and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Requirements include advanced scientific degree or relevant technical experience, familiarity with patenting technologies in AI-driven software and FinTech platforms, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to manage deadlines, monitor prosecution docket, and comply with practice group procedures.
