Social Security Disability Attorney

Job Description:
We seek a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team with a focus on Social Security Disability hearings and hearing preparation. The Attorney will provide legal advice, represent clients in legal matters, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key duties include conducting thorough legal research, representing clients in hearings, preparing clients for hearings, maintaining accurate records of all case-related documents and communications, collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management, staying updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients interests. The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, admission to the bar in any state, proven experience in legal research and writing, familiarity with legal administrative tasks, strong analytical skills with attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary from $60,000.00 per year, 401(k) matching, life insurance, paid time off, and a hybrid remote schedule in West Columbia, SC 29169.
