Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Tax Attorney to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. The ideal candidate has excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills, strong organization and attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities include advising clients on estate planning, drafting wills and trusts, providing tax planning to minimize state and federal income taxes, preparing estate and gift tax returns, assisting with business planning, and representing businesses in tax-related matters.

Requirements include:

A J.D. and admission to the Arkansas Bar, an LLM in Taxation, and strong organizational and communication skills.
