Job Description:
We seek an experienced attorney for a full-time position in our Office of the General Counsel. Key responsibilities include researching and analyzing ethical rules, reviewing agreements, drafting Firm policy, assessing client conflicts, responding to discovery requests, and assisting with litigation. Ideal candidate will have strong analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills, along with a high level of academic achievement from an accredited law school. The base salary range is $170,000-$275,000 annually.
