Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced International Trade Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customs and import control matters, including tariff classification, valuation, transfer pricing, audits, forced labor compliance, and customs enforcement of antidumping and countervailing duty orders. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on customs and import control matters - Collaborate with attorneys to navigate international trade regulations - Ensure compliance with customs and trade laws Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customs and import control matters - JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law required - Strong analytical and writing skills - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Benefits: - Competitive salary range $200,000-$325,000 per year - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and annual bonus.
