Responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload, representing parents in impartial hearing administrative proceedings, drafting notices and witness affidavits, negotiating with opposing counsel, and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
