Job Description:
We are seeking a 3-4 year associate lawyer with experience in administrative litigation, including clerking for federal ALJ or closely related federal civil litigation. Strong legal research and writing skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will have an administrative law background (APA) and administrative litigation experience, preferably with the US Department of Labor. Experience as an administrative law judge clerk or a retired administrative law judge is highly valued. Interest in immigration law is also desirable. Spanish fluency is appreciated but not required.
