Corporate Attorney (Capital Markets and Securities) - 3-5 years experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a mid-level associate with significant experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation to join our team in any of our Colorado, Utah, Idaho, or Nevada offices. Our firm has a robust practice representing issuers in connection with SEC compliance and capital markets transactions.

Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of top tier law firm experience in securities and capital markets, governance and general corporate work. M&A experience is also helpful. We are team oriented, looking for individuals who are strong communicators and excellent professionals who can deliver results.

Holland - Hart offers a merit-based compensation package that evaluates individual performance and achievements, as well as contributions to the team s efforts. Associates are expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
