Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney in estate planning to join our Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Key responsibilities include administering and disposing of estates through basic and sophisticated lifetime, estate, and charitable planning. The ideal candidate should have experience in income tax laws, estate/wealth planning techniques, drafting premarital agreements, and research analysis of complex state law and federal tax issues.
