Estate Planning Attorney

Job Description:

This position is located in Sioux Falls, SD. Relocation will be required. Thompson Law, PLLC is an established estate planning law firm dedicated to helping families plan wisely and preserve what matters most. We help clients minimize estate taxes and avoid unnecessary probate costs.

Responsibilities include:

• Consult with prospective clients
• Draft and review estate planning documents
• Manage estate administration and probate matters
• Direct office staff in client support and document preparation
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for staff questions
