Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented estate planning attorney with 1-3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong client service skills and a solid foundation in estate planning, including working knowledge of estate, trust, and tax law. Key responsibilities include drafting complex documents, providing counsel on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning, and assisting with probate proceedings. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA accredited law school and be actively admitted in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
