Associate Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. As an Associate Attorney, you will provide representation, counseling, pre-litigation, and/or litigation-related services for clients in administrative and civil actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide zealous advocacy to clients
• Maintain contemporaneous billing records
• Accurately describe work performed
• Promptly inform partners of complaints
• Supervise paralegals and law clerks

Basic Qualifications:

• 0-5 years of experience in the practice of law
• Admission to a bar
• Understanding of Maryland Rules of Professional Responsibility
• Superior writing and advocacy skills

Education/Certifications:

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Detailed Information about the Job:

• Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and judges
• Advocate verbally and in writing on behalf of clients
