Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Patent Agent to join our team. Key Responsibilities include: Prosecuting US patent applications, Advocating for clients' interests before Patent Examiners and Administrative Patent Judges, Counseling clients on prosecution strategy and other IP issues. Requirements: 5-10 years of chemical patent prosecution experience, PhD in chemistry or related field, registration with the US Patent and Trademark Office, English-language fluency, proficiency with Microsoft Office, eligibility to work in the US. Bonus points for language fluency, chemical industry experience, teaching experience.
