Collections Attorney

Job Description:
We seek a licensed attorney with 2-5 years of general civil court experience in handling collections matters. Responsibilities include representing creditors in money judgment collection matters, reviewing legal documents, drafting legal pleadings, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel. The ideal candidate must be organized, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
