Job Description:
We seek a Business Attorney with 5+ years of business law experience in corporate, employment, mergers/acquisitions, agreements, and/or real estate law. Must have a portable book of business and desire to develop diverse practice. May work at Denver, CO office or remotely with flexible schedules. Intellectual property (trademark/copyright) experience is a plus.
Applicable bar membership required.
Salary: $80,000-$200,000. We will consider applicants with portable book of business.
