Responsibilities include: Representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations; Managing a high-volume caseload with organization and efficiency; Developing legal strategies tailored to each client s situation; Drafting and reviewing legal documents; Collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to move cases forward. Requirements include: Licensed attorney in North Carolina; 2-5 years of family law experience; Strong litigation and courtroom experience; Ability to manage emotionally sensitive cases with professionalism; Skilled in legal drafting, discovery, and client communication; Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
