Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a newly licensed Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will take ownership of their caseload and gain hands-on experience with every aspect of personal injury practice. Responsibilities include managing litigation cases, communicating with clients, reviewing medical records, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with a positive team environment. Requirements include a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, active license in Kentucky or Ohio, strong organizational skills, compassion for clients, and eagerness to learn and grow.
