As a key member of the firm, you will handle personal injury cases, conduct legal research and writing, and represent clients in court. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Georgia laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate the merits of clients' personal injury claims

Represent clients in personal injury cases

Develop and implement legal strategies to protect clients' rights

Communicate with clients regularly

Conduct medical and vocational assessments

Represent clients in litigation

Manage various aspects of cases, including organizing case files and tracking deadlines
