We seek an experienced Estate and Succession Planning Attorney to advise on estate planning, tax matters, and business succession planning for mid to high net worth individuals and families. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, counseling clients, and managing new and existing client relationships. Requirements include significant experience in complex Estate Planning matters, knowledge of estate tax, GST tax, and income tax laws, excellent written and oral presentation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
