Construction Litigation Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Litigation Associate to join our Indianapolis office. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to provide expert guidance on construction litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

Familiarity with the construction industry preferred

5- 7 years of construction (or commercial) litigation experience

Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions

Familiarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations

Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Indiana licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure

The salary range for this role is $195,000 to $210,000, reflecting various factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors.
