We seek an experienced attorney to join our Energy, Environmental, Mining, and Transportation Division. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of legal experience in EPC and balance of plant agreements, equipment supply contracts, and related matters. Requirements include excellent writing, oral advocacy skills, and academics. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating agreements, transactional experience in commercial construction, litigation on EPC- and construction-related matters, and working with clients in the renewable energy sector.
