Job Description:
Support the Firm's patent prosecution practice by drafting and prosecuting applications through U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and international patent offices. Requirements: Master's Degree or Doctor of Philosophy in chemistry, strong time management skills, writing skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Must be registered with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Patent Bar eligible, and licensed to practice law in respective state. Annual pay range $150,000-$200,000 plus bonuses based on performance.
