Job Description:
Join Holland & Hart's Corporate Group s Emerging Growth practice, representing venture capital funds and emerging technology, consumer product and life science companies in debt and equity financings, M&A transactions, outside general counsel and general corporate counseling. Ideal candidates have 4-7 years of experience working at a top tier law firm with corporate experience focusing on emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and/or private equity funds. Compensation is merit-based, with a good faith salary range: $207,500 - $255,000.
