Financial Services Insurance Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Insurance Associate to join our Global Financial Services Practice Group. As an Associate, you will work on complex matters for sophisticated clients across the insurance industry, providing a full range of legal services including regulatory reporting, day-to-day regulatory compliance issues, and complex commercial and corporate transactions. You should possess a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice law in the State Bar of your primary Office, and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include advising clients on insurance regulatory filings and approvals, insurance holding company compliance, formation and licensure of insurers, and entry into new jurisdictions and markets.

Our Insurance Regulatory and Compliance practice represents global, national, and regional insurance companies, private equity sponsors, healthcare systems, and other enterprises on sophisticated regulatory and transactional matters across the insurance industry.
