LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

Job Description:
We seek a Litigation Associate to assist members of our firm with litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA accredited institution, be a member of the South Carolina Bar and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, and hold a Certificate of Completion of Rule 403 of the SCACR. Responsibilities include advising and representing clients, conducting research and analysis, writing and oral advocacy, and overseeing paralegal work. Key qualifications include strong negotiation, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills, proficiency in legal research, and ability to work as a self-starter.
