Job Description:
Seeking a Tax Associate with 3-5 years of experience in handling federal tax matters including transactional and tax controversy matters. Experience with renewable energy financing transactions is preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, good judgment, responsiveness, and perseverance. Requirements include a JD from an accredited university and ability to manage multiple projects in collaboration with partners and senior associates.
