Job Description:
Brown Rudnick is seeking an experienced attorney with a strong track record in environmental law to join its Real Estate, Energy & Environmental Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Massachusetts environmental law and the ability to navigate complex permitting processes. Candidates should also have experience counseling clients on environmental risks and liabilities in the context of real estate and business transactions.
Candidates with a general real estate transactional background and familiarity with construction law will be well suited for this role. Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, or development agreements is considered valuable. This position is open to a professional track attorney seeking a part-time arrangement.
Required qualifications include:
- JD required
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
- Experience with Massachusetts environmental laws, land use and permitting
