Real Estate Associate

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience with commercial real estate transactions, such as acquisitions and sales, dispositions, commercial leasing, real property secured financing, real estate joint ventures and land development projects.

Candidates should have strong title, survey and related real estate due diligence experience, a track record of responsibility for closing deals, and an ability to work with our paralegals and team members located in other offices.

This is a great opportunity for a confident, self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to handle matters independently and a desire to assist our client teams in more complex transactions.

Applicants should be comfortable working in a team environment as well as have the ability to handle significant individual responsibilities for more than one supervising attorney.
