Litigation Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced civil litigator to join our growing firm. Ideal candidates should have significant experience in civil litigation, including insurance defense, business/commercial litigation, personal injury and/or construction claims/defects. The successful candidate will handle cases from start to finish, including direct contact with clients and opposing counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and handling depositions. Key responsibilities include research, writing, courtroom presentation, communication with clients, and the use of technology. A New Jersey law license is required, with a New York license preferred.
