Associate Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our family law department, you will provide legal advice and services to clients, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court. We seek an experienced attorney with strong knowledge of family law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically and analyze complex legal issues. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, preparing for trial, negotiating settlements, providing advice on various legal matters, maintaining client confidentiality, and more.

Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients.
Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings.
Prepare for trial by examining witnesses, researching case law, and preparing legal arguments.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Provide advice to clients on a variety of legal matters.
Maintain client confidentiality.
